Presentations, thoughtfully designed.

Cadova & Co. partners with female entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders to design presentations from ideation to execution.

Each element is considered — message, materials, and presence — aligned so nothing competes with your leadership.

Workshops. Keynotes. Interviews. Pitches.

Each one is built with intention.

Preparation, presence, and presentation — aligned.

A strong presentation is built with intention, long before it is delivered.

At Cadova & Co., presentation is treated as a complete experience — message, voice, visuals, and supporting materials working together so nothing competes with your presence.

A strong presentation is not simply spoken well. It is thoughtfully designed.

  • Clarity in message.
  • Strength in delivery.
  • Intention in structure and materials.

Confidence does not come from volume or performance. It comes from clarity — knowing what you want to say, how to say it, and trusting yourself to deliver it with composure.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is about refining how you express who you already are.

This is not reinvention.
It is refinement.

This work is for female entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders preparing for meaningful visibility.

You may be here because you are:

You already have the expertise.

This work ensures your presentation reflects it — clearly, cohesively, and confidently.

Ways to Work Together

This is not about speaking louder.

It is about building presentations that are structured, supported, and ready to lead the room.

The Cadova Method™

The Cadova Method™ is a bespoke, 1:1 coaching experience for women preparing for significant speaking and leadership moments.

This work is designed for women who value preparation, discretion, and depth. Who want to communicate with clarity, composure, and confidence that lasts.

We work from ideation to execution:

  • Clarifying what you want to say
  • Structuring your message for clarity and impact
  • Strengthening delivery and presence
  • Refining slide decks, visuals, and supporting materials
  • Rehearsing intentionally so confidence is grounded, not forced

Clients leave this work not only fully prepared to present, including review and refinement of slide decks, printed handouts, and supporting materials, but to lead the room.

Reflections

Working with Melissa ahead of our full-day workshop transformed how I showed up in the room. She helped us clarify our message, structure our content, and feel genuinely calm stepping into the space. Her guidance — from messaging to breathwork and delivery — stayed with me throughout the entire day.

Jess Founder | Studio Ninety

Working with Melissa ahead of our full-day marketing workshop was such a gift. Instead of second-guessing ourselves, we felt prepared, steady, and able to focus fully on delivering value. Her guidance elevated not just how we presented, but how we showed up as leaders.

Meet Melissa

Melissa Mattka is the founder of Cadova & Co. and a presentation and communication strategist for women stepping into greater visibility.

With a background in education as an OCT member and Drama Honours Specialist, Melissa spent decades helping students articulate ideas and present with clarity. She saw that strong presentations were never accidental — they were thoughtfully built through message, structure, delivery, and supporting materials working together.

Today she brings that same approach to female entrepreneurs, founders, and leaders preparing for moments where their ideas need to land clearly and confidently.

Confidence is not the starting point.
It is the outcome of preparation done well.
